  • What is a Google Workspace User or License?

    Google Workspace user can be defined as one personalized email address (yourname@company.com) whereas Group email aliases such as sales@company.com or support@company.com are included in Google Workspace pricing and don’t count as additional users.

  • Can I replace my current software with Google Workspace?

  • If I only want one of the products, do I have to buy the entire suite?

  • I want to delegate my mailbox to my assistant. How can I do it?

    The delegatee can read, send, and delete messages for you, and to do the same you can go to Gmail>settings>accounts>add account>grant access.Once you have granted access the delegatee gets an invitation email. Note: The invitation will expire in a week.

  • Want users not to change passwords from their accounts.
    • You can follow below steps to restrict users to change their passwords.
    • Login to Admin Console > Company Profile > Passwords > Enter any url (website or google) to redirect users.
  • Getting prompt in outlook mail client.
    • Check if user account password has been changed.
    • Check 2 step verification if enabled.
    • Generate app specific password to log in to outlook.
  • Not able to receive mails
    • Check Mx Records for the domain.
    • It's mostly if we change name servers for Web hosting.
  • Apple Mail, Outlook and other client configuration using POP/IMAP

  • Set up Google Workspace on Mobile

    For Android

    • Open Gmail app
    • Tap Menu icon (three horizontal lines).
    • Tap the Down arrow you see to the right of your username.
    • Tap Add account
    • Choose the type of account (Google, Outlook, Yahoo, etc) you want to add.
    • Follow the steps on the screen to add your account.

    For IOS Devices

    • Download Gmail App
    • Tap Gmail App
    • In the top left, Tap the Menu icon ( three horizontal lines).
    • Tap your account address
    • Tap Manage accounts > Add account.
    • Enter your Gmail username and password.
  • Is there a limit to how many emails I can send per day?

    You can send 2000 mails per day 500 mails at a time from one email id.

  • CONFIGURING THE "SEND MAIL AS" FEATURE IN G SUITE
    • Sign in to your G Suite email account.
    • Click the menu in the upper-right and select Settings.
    • Select the Accounts tab
    • Under Send mail as, choose Add another email address.
    • Enter your name and alternate email address.
    • Click Next Step.
    • Click Send Verification. Google will send a verification message to your other email address to confirm that you own it.
    • Click the link contained in the verification email or enter the confirmation code in the Accounts section of your G Suite email settings.
    • Messages sent will appear to be from the domain alias or email alias
  • How to block mail id or domain to reject mails they are sending?
    • Log in to the admin.google.com
    • Go to Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Advanced Settings> Spam, Phishing and Malware
    • Select organizational unit at left side on which you want to apply policy.
    • Go to Blocked Senders
    • Click Configure or Add Another
    • Click Use existing or create a new one.
    • Choose Create new list , enter a name for list > Click Create
    • Move cursor to created list and click on Edit > Add +
    • Enter Email addresses or domains you want to block
    • Click Save.
  • How many video meeting participants are allowed in Google Workspace Business Starter?

    100 participants are allowed in video meetings in Google Workspace Business Starter, if you want more participants you have to upgrade the services.

  • Can I forward incoming and outgoing mails to another id?
    • Yes, You can forward mails to another id Settings are available in the Admin Console.

  • My Google Workspace Business Starter account is suspended due to storage issues. How can I resolve this?

    Storage issue Error Message:
    "We've suspended your Google Workspace Business Starter, because you haven't reduced the amount of the storage your organisation is using,If you don't take action,your subscription will be cancelled and your data will be deleted.


    Please contact support to get your subscription Unsuspended temporarily, So that you can free up or get more Storage.


    If you take no action during the unsuspension period, Your subscription will be suspended again. Alternatively, you can export all your organisation's data before the subscription is cancelled. If you have questions, contact Google workspace support.

  • My Google Workspace account is suspended due to a payment profile problem. Can you help?
